Fresh Time presented itself as a professional and efficient business. However, they have proved to be rather un-professional; constantly changing their prices, offers and min orders. In terms of quality - first use was OK, however the second time I used them my shirts were not properly ironed. Collar and cuffs were OK, but some areas on the back and front it not seem ironed.

Message from the owner:

I think this customer is referring to the fact that our standard minimum order of £14 is increased to £25 for collections in areas lying significantly further out than our core areas of St Albans and Harpenden. This was introduced after the customer’s second order. Given his location, and the fact that his proposed order was for just £14, we declined the business. Interestingly, the customer made no mention of the finish on the shirts when we returned the last order. If he had, we would have offered to collect them again and rework at no charge.
