Our menus are principally founded on freshly cooked, locally sourced food! They provide great flexibility, our Pasta & Pizza’s offer a light, affordable bite for guests and families wanting to opt out of the home cooking routine.

Along side the house favourites, we regularly design seasonal menus that make the most of our local sourced ingredients and their availability. Our ethos enables our team of chefs to push the boundaries and produce inspired, creative, wholesome food.

We are happy to accommodate large groups within the restaurant. We aim to work closely with the organisers to create micro menus that offer clients bespoke design, affordability, flexibility and the reassurance of freshly cooked food to order, without the need for pre ordering.

I went to Kashu for lunch. The pasta was excellent and they have also introduced a cut price lunch menu which of course is great for the current financial situation.

i went to Kashu for a girls night out and had a 9 o’clock sitting, which was a pain as there is only a choice of 7pm and 9pm. The food was decent, the seasonal specials were very nice, i had the venison which was very tender. Great buzzy atmosphere with attentive service. Will return.

I have eaten at Kashu a number of times and and have always found the food excellent value for money. The food is locally sourced and the menu changes to reflect that. The ambience is spot-on and is well worth a visit if you’ve had enough of zizzi’s.

I had Sunday lunch at Kashu and have to say it’s was fantastic. I had the full roast as did 2 other members of my family. The meat was cooked to perfection, the roast potatoes were practically on a par with my mothers. The portion size was perfect and most certainly worth the money.

I went to Kashu on Saturday night and have to say what a wonderful experience it was. We were a little early for our table so we treated ourselves to a couple of Mojitos, which i must say were made to perfection. The food was the best i’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I had the mussels to start, amazing... the lamb cutlets for my main which were cooked to perfection with a perfect amount of mash and peas. The wife had the fillet of beef, which was thankfully too much for her to eat so i finished it off. Wow.... that too was very very tasty and the knife just slid through it. I most definitely recommend a trip to Kashu if you haven’t been there yet.

Our initial impression was very good, we were politely greeted by a waitress on our arrival who showed us to our seats. The menu was large and the prices seemed reasonable.

However we soon noticed the terrible acoustics of the building, I felt like I was shouting just to talk to my wife (who was sitting opposite to me).

Manager/ maître de seemed overbearing and we witnessed him being unnecessarily rude to his staff that seemed rushed off their feet. The waiters and waitresses were very efficient in taking our orders and poured our wine which was appreciated.

We had olives as a starter, and ordered crab linguine and lemon sole for our mains. After a long wait of about 30 minutes, I was served raw lemon sole which I asked to be returned to the kitchen and cooked properly.

We decided against having dessert. Paid the bill and left accompanied by the maître de who said he hoped to see us again soon... However we will almost certainly not be returning.

I have eaten at Kashu lots of times, the food is superb, the service is the best, you will be hard pushed to find a restaurant as friendly and welcoming as Kashu and the recent addition of a Marquee is wonderful and private - I went to a christening there a few weeks ago and it was brilliant.
